What Can I expect in Small Group Training at Perform 360?
Education

We know and understand members may not train or have our guidance forever, so we feel deeply passionate about passing on our accumulative knowledge to all members, past and present. This passed on education is something you can hold, take with you and implement whenever you need and for the rest of your life. You'll be exposed to countless tips and information are around; exercise, nutrition, sleep, stress, relationships and longevity during either small group training conversations, Facebook group, seminars/workshops and/or emails and text messages.
Community
A positive community raises morale and performance. We've all heard before that you are the reflection of the top 5 people that you spend most time with. A training facility such as Perform 360 could be 1 of your 5. It's been known that the energy, vibe, support not only from coaches, but other members, has lifted sprits and morale therefore produced a better workout. A better workout will leave anyone feeling much more happier and positive which then flows into other areas of life.
Accountability
Everyone needs a coach to be accountable to. Even the very best athletes in the world have coaches. Why? Coaches help find their true potential and beyond…while holding them accountable to their goals, desires and results. Same goes for Perform 360. All members are required to book via our app which outlines to the coach exactly who is booked for their session. If members late cancel or do not show, they receive a polite text/phone call to make sure everything is ok and seek answers to why they didn't take part in the session.
Results
Results come in many different ways. Most assume results are measured by weight loss or gain and body fat loss or gain. While these are great and correct, however there are so many other factors that represent a positive result. We generally explain that the result on the scales is a byproduct of other achievements such as; getting stronger, feeling better, feeling fitter, experiencing more mobility, sleeping better, lower stress levels and overall happiness. Most Perform 360 members find that these are much more important in life than that of the number displayed on the scales.

Your coaches and program designers come with over 30 years experience in the fitness industry to bring you a unique style of training that will challenge mainstream concepts and ultimately GUARANTEE results with full adherence.
Our semi private coaching sessions are specifically designed for small groups of 4-6 people lasting 1 hour in duration. These innovative coaching sessions are specifically designed for people wanting to get results and who are willing to commit to 3 – 5 sessions per week.
Irrespective of your baseline level of conditioning, your personal goals will be met as you refine all components of training – improving functional movement patterns, barbell and dumbbell strength, fundamental gymnastics skills, strongman strength and/or Yoga and movement training.
This is what we call the 360° complete approach that translates into a fitter, faster, leaner, stronger you.

Before You Get Started
Before any member starts training in any of our group programs (including our 30 Day Introduction Package) they must complete an initial screening session.
The purpose of this screening session is to allow us to gauge your current fitness levels, functional capabilities and identify any limitations that may prevent you from achieving sustainable long term results.
