Eligibility & Application

Eligibility & application.

Places are strictly limited to 12 athletes. Entry is by application only to ensure the group is aligned in ability, mindset, and intent.

Minimum Requirements

  • 14 years of age or older
  • Currently competing at or progressing toward representative level sport
  • Involved in an academy, development pathway, or higher-performance program (e.g. QAS transition, professional pathway)
  • Demonstrated commitment to consistent training and genuine improvement

This Is Not For

  • Athletes looking for casual or drop-in training
  • Those not currently active in competitive sport
  • Athletes under 14 (see our Youth Athlete Program)

To maintain the coaching quality and environment that REPS requires, the program will never exceed 12 athletes. When it's full, it's full. Applications close once places are filled.
