An Exercise Physiologist (EP) is a university-qualified health professional who uses evidence-based exercise to treat injury, manage chronic conditions, and improve long-term wellbeing. We're not personal trainers — we're allied health clinicians who work within the healthcare system, alongside your GP, specialist, and physio.

Initial Assessment

Your first appointment is a thorough one-on-one consultation. We get to know your health history, current condition, pain points, and goals. No assumption. No one-size-fits-all. Just you and your EP, working it out together.

Your Personalised Program

We design a program built specifically for you — whether that's one-on-one sessions, small group training, or a home program. Every exercise has a purpose, and everything is progressed at a pace you're comfortable with.

Monitor, Adjust & Progress

Regular check-ins and re-assessments ensure you're always moving forward. We track your outcomes, adjust as needed, and celebrate your wins — because every improvement matters.

Medicare Rebates & Funding Options

Your GP can refer you under a Chronic Disease Management (CDM) plan — giving you access to Medicare rebates for Exercise Physiology sessions. We also accept private health insurance, WorkCover, DVA, and NDIS funding.
